Problems with the first USB-C port of the Tankstation Pro
The first USB-C port of the Tankstation Pro (identified by two lightning bolts) charges at the highest speed. If there is a communication problem with the end device (e.g. MacBook, iPhone or iPad) during the negotiation of the charging speed, this port switches off automatically. This is not a defect.
Troubleshooting
- Disconnect the Tankstation from the power supply.
- Wait until the blue power LED has completely extinguished (up to 1 minute).
- After the power LED has extinguished, wait another 3 minutes.
- Plug the Tankstation back in and reconnect the end devices.
- If possible, use other cables.
